  2. Those laws only limit how much they can charge the patients insurance though. So the drug maker is still charging whatever they want and all the middle men along the way, also insurance premiums will rise because of this since the exorbitant costs have to be absorbed by everyone covered by that insurance company. That's what Biden's new policy did. It's a "solution for everyone" type bs. The patients get it for, I believe, $35/vial now but the drug makers can still charge as much as they want to the insurance company.

  6. Yes, the human body has a multitude of mechanisms to constantly buffer the changing ph of blood. In other words, blood ph does NOT change because of the mechanisms that she described. Everything you eat/breathe/don't eat has an effect on blood ph, so the body has to constantly work to keep the blood ph perfectly stable otherwise you'd be in huge trouble.
