  1. Those laws only limit how much they can charge the patients insurance though. So the drug maker is still charging whatever they want and all the middle men along the way, also insurance premiums will rise because of this since the exorbitant costs have to be absorbed by everyone covered by that insurance company. That's what Biden's new policy did. It's a "solution for everyone" type bs. The patients get it for, I believe, $35/vial now but the drug makers can still charge as much as they want to the insurance company.
