So true! This comment seems like a prophecy now after the last couple weeks/months/years. lol

This is exactly how people use real data (or anomalies) to skew their outcome. If you only use 12 people for a study there is a much higher chance that all 12 (or the majority) will be outliers or anomalies compared to when you use acceptable sample sizes. The book "Thinking, Fast and Slow" does a good job explaining how small sample sizes can be used to go against scientific consensus and even show the opposite of the truth.

Republicans: "Why are there so many single mothers and absent fathers planting seeds every chance they get?" Also Republicans: "The point of marriage is to procreate. Can't do that without the government."

@avishevin1976 "The concept of total war is alien to modern sensibilities"? What?! There are still people alive today that were in WWII. It's literally called WORLD WAR. Besides history is pretty clear what these wars are like. Also, the bible literally states that it's acceptable to plunder foreign nations and kill everyone and keep the virgin girls. If that's not implied rape and actual murder then I don't know what is.

@avishevin1976 Revenge rape is not rape?! WTF!

It's always "oh this is just another crazy person with mental health issues, if only people would get help for their mental health issues there would be no problems". ... Yet they are the same people that say tens of millions of people don't deserve any health care whatsoever! They love dead children cause they can use those bodies as fuel for their scorched earth politics.

The purpose of marriage could not possibly be the bearing of children. The rearing of children maybe, but not the bearing of children. That act is much more successful when one is not tied to just one option. Unless Ben is advocating for polygamy? And I thought he was against big government getting in everyone's personal lives?

"It depends on what you mean by Jesus"?!??!? Hahaah WTF is he going on about. I predict that this move will be a logical fallacy called the "Peterson" in the future.

@AveChristusRex Considering that species could just keep adding chromosomes or making them longer.... yeah change is unlimited.

@AveChristusRex So "Hindus revering lying scriptures is irrational" but believing lying scriptures of Christianity is not? That's not good reasoning. Oh, also known as irrational.

Eminent Domain So your explanation says both: "Expansion is not happening" and also that "Expansion proves a supernatural realm and Creator." I hate to break it to you but.... um.... it can't be both. You clearly have no idea what you are talking about.

@tardigrade8019 People with addictions are trying to reduce their suffering through those addictions until it no longer is a choice. They value their immediate well-being more than some future well-being because right now is all you ever have. You can't ever know that you will still be alive tomorrow. I think masochists get pleasure out of pain and get stronger from that pain/suffering. So they are still trying to achieve a higher sense of well-being, just in a roundabout way. Like people that run marathons. David Goggins is an extreme example lol cause he's 100% a masochist. They don't like pain just to suffer but for a goal of well-being or relief.

What does he mean when he says "these arguments have stood the test of time"? Dude must have been living under a rock for the last 300 years at least. Also, Atheist DEBUNKING videos shouldn't worry you at all cause if you don't believe or understand something then just forget about it.

how could anyone mix up vaccines and homeopathy? (I didn't really know what homeopathy was until this video) Homeopathy sounds ridiculous, why would anybody think taking a plant that causes diarrhea help with diarrhea?!! In order for something to be a homeopathic sleep aid, wouldn't it have to actually help you sleep? Or would it have to keep you awake? Either way it would have to have some known effect to be considered homeopathic. On that note, I like those calmforte things for sleep, it similar to melatonin or those sleepy teas in that it just subtly calms you down (even if placebo effect is involved) but anyone buying any of that shit and thinking that it's going to knock them out is just retarded. The whole reason you need a prescription for some drugs is because they work better. (and are patentable) Plus, if one's insomnia was at the level of needing tranquilizers, one would quite quickly discover that melatonin and tea are not going to help. lol

Also, how would homeopathy be used to treat cancer? wouldn't that mean it would have to give you cancer? Why would anyone study something that causes cancer as a cancer treatment? Who is funding this shit? I hope it's not the taxpayers.

I think using "homeopathy" as an umbrella for any plant that isn't currently used by modern medicine is quite unfair. There are definitely plants out there that have medicinal value that are not recommended by the medical authorities. Take weed for example. Or mushrooms. There is way too little research on mushrooms compared to how many types of mushrooms there are. Besides, you have to take into account how much money can be made by using patentable plant extracts. If you can't patent something then big pharma has no use for it but that doesn't necessarily mean it is useless.
