The majority of police chase crashes happen because of cops reckless abandon and think they are James Bond or something. Most of the time crashes happen either at intersections where there's cross-sectional traffic or when a cop attempts to turn a corner and runs into someone or someone runs into the cop as you can't see lights around corners especially when there's a giant store on every corner blocking the view. Also police sometimes disregard all common sense and try to cut through parking lots or drive onto sidewalks endangering unsuspecting civilians.

Insane that she was even allowed to be a nurse in the first place with the heinousness of her previous crimes.

@lesgoshooping6695 In a perfect world I would agree... but I live in the US where the supreme court has ruled that swift trials are more important than accurate trials and that proof of innocence is not a good enough reason to get an appeal for a death row sentence.

wow! Even IF the math was correct, why the hell would that make all those 10 separate "eye witness" events all linked? Like, lady sees a blonde woman, another lady sees a blonde woman with a guy with a beard.... what makes that the same blonde women? The logic is insane! Not even adding in that eye witnesses are notoriously unreliable.

@BennyHarveyBigMan Dude, nobody is going to think that far ahead in the first place. Real life isn't a James Bond movie, finding a car that's the same make/model/year/color and cloning it's plate and getting a registration sticker ect. just to get away with speeding or 99.99% of the other "crimes"/ traffic infractions is just not realistic. People don't even plan that much for murder or bank robbery, they certainly aren't going to for speeding or running a red light.

Love this statistics/crime series content! ... well, actually, I hate that this content exists but I love that Vsauce is pointing it out.

So we've made it into full on dystopian Psychopass now. Great. Thanks billionaire overlords.

People in the US always point to China as a dystopian surveillance state. WTF do you call this then? Freedom?
