  1. so they make an investment into a company to increase the share price while getting to deduct their investment and also reap the benefits of the increase in share price while we, the taxpayers, get to pay for their original investment by negating their taxable income by the same amount..... Sounds about right. Socialism for the rich, capitalism for the poor.
