  1. Medicare is being privatized right before our eyes! It will be complete trash by the time I am 65. They are/have made it all government contracts for private insurance companies who then spend half that money on executive bonuses and dividends for shareholders. Another scheme to privatize government programs that work and then claim they are broken when they've really just been sold to billionaires to further enslave and profit off us.

  2. um.... that is literally exactly how it works right now. It averages your top 35 highest earning years (from your tax returns) and gives you a percentage of that income (based on whether you earned less or more than the national average). If you didn't pay taxes then you are not eligible for social security. 70% of 0 is still 0.
