  1. That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. He literally came out of his apartment with a gun pointed at her and said he was going to shoot her! There's a difference between de-escalation and running away leaving people helpless.

  2. Wrong. If the cop would have shot the lady, then he'd be a racist. But he didn't do his job, didn't protect the lady, ran away from an armed madman saying he's literally going to murder someone. This would have been a justified shooting. We are just so used to police corruption and racist cop murders that anytime a cop actually does his job people automatically assume he's in the wrong. It's like the boy who cried wolf (except in reverse). Cops shoot people for no reason every single day but the one time they are justified we don't believe them out of habit.
