  1. Stock market is a perfect example of this. Who owns 80% of the stock market? The top 0.1%. The government gives billions of our tax dollars to oil companies in the form of subsidies (free money) while they give billions in dividends to the top shareholders (the richest folks) and at the same time you are paying a gas tax every time you put gas in your car as well as every time you turn on the lights, buy a candy bar or some strawberries or do basically anything that consumes electricity which is mainly powered by fossil fuels.
