  1. So after filling out paperwork on this mans arrests and stops 400 times they only decide to look into it once it goes viral.... figures. They knew what they were doing unless everyone at that station has the "50 First Dates" memory disorder. This is literally psychological torture. Good for that store owner to set up cameras to catch the pigs and for not firing his employee for being late to work because of getting arrested every other day. I can't even imagine the lost wages...
