  1. Is not a "deal" an agreement between 2 partys? Is it not, "I will do ABC and you will do XYZ." SO then every detail of legal "deals," should have all the specifics of the deal documented. All you lawyers with an interest in this, please opine on why what I am proposing could not work? I don't law.

  2. If he signed documents agreeing to a plea dual, why could he not demand Prosecuter's sign an agreement? Or his lawyers record prosecuters agreement? How come, (prior to a court hearing or a trial) the FBI agents and/ or prosecuters promises or "deals," are not documented? Gen Flynn agreed to plead guilty to protect his family from from government harm. What is the basis in a government case to trust your own lawyers? Every criminal court hearing should be recorded, preserved, and available to the public after the case concludes. We are all aware of cases overturned because of a judge's statements in court....but not here? Transparency is a joke. Honesty of government agents and lawyers is a joke. Honesty/fairness is a joke.
