  1. Imagine if a prosecuter desides years after a case was decided, the prosecuter decides the charge was not high enough and it should have been murder instead of manslaugher. We simply can not allow rules to be changed, jury verdicts overturned because of how the prosecuter "feels." The sexual abuse was known to the jury.

  2. Why even bother with trials? We all understand the need for legal appeals. Our lega system/ process is not perfect. But if the Menendez brothers are released because a judge decides the conviction should have been for manslaughter instead of murder, is really troubling.
