Is there any parent behavior that violates state or Federal law? Of course. Parents can not starve or torture their children. How is prohiting cutting off the genitals of children, a violation of parental rights? Let's get clear. "Parental rights," is actually parental responsibility. Parents are responsible for the welfare of their children... and law allowing or prohibiting certain decisions by parents with their children has always had limits. These prohibitions by law have always existed. The problem started when that narrow and very limited authority of Parents, was expanded. The evidence of permanent injury to children is clear.

Unfounately. When written the forteenth amendment was birth right citizen ship was written specifically for the citizen rights of slave children. So debating meaning of 14th amendment or using an Executive order will settle nothing.

Dixson will live long enough to experience real anger from her mutilated children. The life long health problems of these children as adults is staggering. Why are we more upset about these permanent surgical procedures than we are over life long hormone "therapy?" for an 11 year old?

If adults want take all or some vaccine, they can. But no one should coerce/force anyone into taking ANY vaccine, or as a condition of attending public school.

@aynrandish9106: Years ago the Chinese were flooding into Canada and birthing children. Canadian government changed their law to stop it....and it stopped. Anchor-baby in America will have to be changed through a Constitutional amendment.....or some Supreme Court ruling. It's history came out of determining status of slave babies citizenship.

As a retired LCSW, I can say that Gender Dysphoria as a DSM diagnosis, established for ADULTs. Mental health diagnosis,, for ALL in the DSM has been based on clinical observations by many clinicians, NOT some objective, science. DSM Diagnosis is a description of a collectve of clinical observations. It was established to label and categorize a cluster of maladaptive behavior.

Mental disorders, labeled as Scizophrenia, or Bipolar, or schizo affect, etc were established by a large group of clinicians. For example: parents brought children into clinics that were compulsively eating dirt, or ashes. So Pica was the mental health diagnosis given these children. We now know that "Pica " behavior is a biological mineral deficiency, not a mental health issue. Medicine and surgical can be wrong. Anyone old enough to remember the massive brain labodemys performed in the 60s? And the belief it would cure or eliminate certain conditions like chronic depression. These people were permanently brain damaged and living out life as dysfunctional zombies.
