Body language analysis is NOT a science.
Shame on all of you, "psychologists," so called, "experts," for doing this podcasts.
Your primary duty in offering presentations is to inform the public, not to acheive clicks.
Why does this matter? As a mental health "expert," the public considers your opinion as substantial, as accurate.
There is a professional responsibility you have when you are an influencer.
Again, shame on you!
It is my hope that licensing boards are going to address this current trend as a violation of professional ethics.
Sir: Just because you can, does not mean tou should.
Just because the public ASKS for your professional opinion, does not mean you must respond, must provide it.

If any person lives in their own reality bubble, he/she is unlikely to learn:
They fail to read the room, to notice reactions, to see the big picture.
Tom's response to criticism proves he will not learn.
No self examination, an important factor of change.
Humor must be a truthful presentation of humans, even when an exaggeration.
MAGA, as a group, is not evangelical extremists, racist and ignorant Southerners.
Hank could have identified a characteristic of MEGA, that we could laugh at, but he didn't.

@selenacampbell576
So your answer to my request, my question on a "right," for the gereral public to view the trial by telecast is:
1. Gull voted for cameras in the court room, then ruled ( judges don't vote) and
2. The judge is biased?
Well, you apparently can't answer the question of "a right," and the rest of your claim of the judge's actions are behavior you don't like.
BTW: There is nothing in law that allows cameras in court.....for GOOD reason.
Selena, the whole point of my comment is to invite those in favor of cameras to consider how cameras might actually harm the process of a trial, and in that same sense harm the public interests.
No, public funding for trials serves the interest of justice for the defendant....not to fund reality T.V, or public interest, or entertainment.
If any one of the public WANT to see, go to the trial.
The more avenues of information released, the greater an opportunity for jury contamination.
Your curiosity should never be of equal or greater value, than justice for the defendant....whether he/she is found guilty or acquitted.
I suggest you know somthing about law, how courts operate, why our systems are designed as they are. Perhaps consider what was the purpose of our U.S Constitution....It's the rights of the individual, not the collective.

@ladykay-lh7wn
You confuse public "concern," for public, "curiosity."
What's the concern?
If the accused is acquitted will he be released into your neighborhood? Put your family at risk?
Is the accused a relative of yours?
Are the victims relatives of yours?
All those who participate and attend the trial (including media) are witnesses to the court proceedings. There will be reports on the trial to satisfy your "concerns," just not to the extent to satisfy your, "curiosity."
No, Kay, the integrity of a trial out-weights your "concerns;" the rights of the accused, the victims and the families are primary, not the desires of the public to watch.
Spend a few moments considering HOW public broadcasts are not in the best interest of anyone, what the risks to justice there are.
Let's be honest, humans are masters at rationalizing what they want. Humans enjoy a good show.

Here is the truth about humor: It must represent a truth humans recognize. Humans are tribal (Black, White, all races and ethnic groups, men, women.
Each have customs specific to that group. Each group recognizes these ideocycranies. And we laugh at the truth, our flaws and silly behaviors.
Hanks presented a skit representing the entire MAGA group as ignorant, Christian, Southern, and racist.
It is NOT an issue that it was, "mean."
No, it was not funny because it was not true.
I will add that there are topics we can't create humor from, that are true events.
The Holocaust is such a topic.

True, confident and competent individuals can suffer "imposter syndrome," feeling unworthy. Also true, insecure, incompetent individuals, also suffer, "imposter syndrome." They KNOW, they lack knowledge and are not qualified for the position.
This describes Kamala Harris.
During the Kavanagh hearing, we could see she was in her lawyer element when asking questions.....but now as V.P, and candidate for president she is scared to be interviewed.
She knows she knows nothing about economics, and federal policies.
I agree, she is also lazy.....because her early San Francisco career allowed her to do little work by her administrative supervisors.

I trust Tucker, not Sipiro.
Many reasons for this, but primarily the humility to publically admit he's been mistaken or wrong.
Ben is a pragmatic strategist, a "lesser than 2 evils," guy.
Ben's pro-Trump position, now, has nothing to do with learning more about Trump policies. Ben realized the options available for conservatives to win, then changed his views on Trump.
Tucker's change on Trump was based on information he was previously unaware or dismissed.
Not that this fact proves who is right, Tucker viewer numbers have grown, while Ben's has not.
Ben is a believer in institutions, in government, which is why he supported vaccines.
Trust is the difference between my view of Tucker and my view of Shipiro.

"WE must Keep Trump out of the White House, he's a threat to democracy."
Hummm? What did "Hitler," do during those 4 years.
Ron D., yes, keep the suspect and the investigation under the control of Florida government.
States, are soverign, and their governments need to act on behalf of states citizens. Just say, "No," to fed money and fed control.
States, stop sending taxes to the Fed. Let that system collapse. We will lose nothing, and gain control of our lives.
Ohio....you're up to bat.

Shame on us that we become fearful as a result of unsubstantiated claims.
For example, the narrative that "religious," belief is dangerous in a leader. Where is the evidence that supports that claim? Why would we believe that a Christian politician is a danger to democracy?
When I asked my jewish, liberal, atheiest, homosexual friend, "Present the evidence of danger or damage caused by a Christian leader," he could not present an example in our history.
He responded, "Well, it could happen."
Chicken Little, run a muck.

Candice's rise to popularity happened too fast. When this happens humans tend to become less attentive to details, to research, less personally responsible for accuracy.
When I listened to Candice's opinion on Making a Murder, I realized she never watched the original Netflix film. I realized she did not understand 2 year Olds; they do not behave out of right and wrong as Candice claimed, but rather on avoiding getting in to trouble. Candice took a position of guilty too quickly, without adequate information.
No matter who are favorite podcaster is, we must be able to challenge them when the facts do not support their position.
Human tribalism is necessary for survival, but often obstructs truth.....whether the tribe is Christian, atheists, women or Republicans, etc.

We would be surprised if we asked neighbors and strangers what, "Make America Great Again," means to them.
Phrases and words have different meaning to different people.
To many that phrase represents a crass, crude, tyrant (Trump) To others it means, closed borders and a strong economy that benefits all classes.
Perhaps we could discuss what,"great," means to us.
For me, it's "better than."
Was the McDonald worker better off financially during the Trump administration?
But then again, the welfare of ALL 3 social classes matters to me....welfare of all races, and welfare of both sexes.

Humans make poor decisions when they spend too litte time thinking about their problem, and about an EFFECTVE response.
The country witnessed Dems lying about Bidens cognitive decline.
If they had been smart, Dem leaders should have said," Yes, Biden is suffering some cognitive declIne, HOWEVER, HE is able to make important administrative decisions as always, and has a supportive administration continuing with his agenda."
Had that been the Dems response to real concerns of his competence, most Dems would not have jumped ship.
It was their lie that frightened many Dems.
I am commenting on "effective," not morality.
Dem leaders do not understand humans, those characteristics all humans share.

Not a Domocrat, veteran will be; never voted Democrat.....however......
Discussions of this type seem to me to be the same "muck raking," that Democrats do.
How relevant is the past behavior of a Presidential candidate's spouse, to our lives under that candidate should she be elected President?
God help us if votes are based on this sort of information on the spouse of a candidate.
What should matter is the candidate's policies, and how will those policies affect Americans?
Megyn, said, "I don't know what is true, but...." Then should you be making public statements about anyone? To make public negative statements about another person's character is, at the most slander, and at the least, gossip.
Can we promote raising standards of reporting?
All that being said, I appreciate Megyn's podcast.

Why does anyone believe that a person's (Stiller) talent or skill has anything to do with their character....or political views?
Michael Jackson, immensely talented, was a child molester.
What could or should I have done about it?
My decision never to financially contribute to his wealth, would not have changed his behavior.
The reason I would withold financial or other support is completely about me, not Jackson, or in this case, Ben Stiller.
Because I believe my actions must be aligned with my beliefs, I will withdraw any support.
And, it goes without saying, that the issue must be considered significant, or consequential, not simply a difference of opinion.
A celebrity might support, some far out, "save the planet," initiative, and I would not stop buying the album or tickets to their movie. Its a matter of each person's concience, not whether my decision will have any affect on the celebrity.

The news anchors (CBS, NBC, etc) have not been misinformed. What is changing is that a Holman or JD Vance and others are not explaining or excusing the conservative action of deportation.
Our words and actions must be offense, and no longer the weak position of defense.
"I don't care, Margaret,"... perfect offense response.
Qualify and explaining our actions is weak, as though there's something wrong with a statement or action.
Glen Beck is an example of this weakness.
Habitually, he would take a position, then follow that up with, "that's not to say I don't support women."
First of all, the position requires no explanation. Glenn, everyone understands.
But most important these follow up qualifications and explanations, destroys the strength of the position.
So any statement explaining deportation actions must stop.
PERFECT response was Vance's, "I don't care, Margaret."
