  2. Adult in which country which state under which law? Really people shouldnt have sex till they can afford a kid. Untill then you are kid that needs an adult to look after you. As someone who suffered horrible misdiagnosed damage to my internal organs. I know that you need a career a home equity to be able to father children. Losing all that and being left to die I can see how impossible it would be to raise a family with no home no income. Now I can not financially support my children I already have. Soon they be old enough to "legally" have kids. Thats not gonna work out to well if they are already suffering intergenerational poverty.
