  1. Even simple tricks work on a judge who just wants to get through cases. If you arent bad enough to get a jury or media attention you can get sent to jail for certain color jacket. Even with an alibi. They arent going to go looking for someone else if they already found a guy with a record who owns a red jacket. Case solved.
