He was only alive because he need to pee. Which is why he was speeding in the first place. They were trying to take and search his car. Turns out he was on drugs but anything in the car doesnt matter as anyone could got at the car. Also truck that ran them down the guy was half asleep and on drugs. But if he had have continued for 1minute and then pulled over the cops would all still be alive.
