  4. Do Uber drivers have passenger endorsements for carrying people? Which any taxi or chauffeur driver must possess or face fines and or loss of licence? Maybe some places allow these scam companies to operate but the whole idea was already happening in my small town with the 10 dollar taxi which connected people with drivers. Was found to be unlawful as the drivers and their cars were not licenced correctly. None had licences endorsed to carry passengers and no paye or employee agreements no proper signage or complaint process and over all no liability. If Uber was legal everyone would be running a taxi company. Taxi companies actually pay money for the ability to have access to airports ferry terminals etc. Their employees are vetted and checked to have area knowledge no criminal record etc. Uber seems to give anyone with a car a job and wouldnt even be able to provide a list of people operating under their Uber name. They cant say whether these people are illegals or tax evaders cant guarantee anyones safety or accept any liability. Uber is scum uber is unlawful and if jerk off keeping paying them they support scum and deserve to find out how unsafe the company they support is.
