Even if its close to 10% thats wild with current prices even if houses go down and rates stay the same prices aka (payments) are still wayy higher than they were 4 years ago even if houses went down 50% so yall playing the waiting game are gonna wait forever you might as well buy a Small Piece of Land and some tiny homes and call it a day
