WOWWWW i quit soda about 3 years ago also man i just knew it was bad for you , aswell as sweet tea, i knew all that sugar was asking for issues so i focused on positive healthy things like clean water water even a lil alkaline water....and my teeth are better..recently i checked to see if i was missing out and tried a sip and im so glad i quit those things .....ill maybe touch them a couple times a year but its Not needed at all anymore, No Artificial colors or other sugars drinks either , if i can get hydrated with my no sugar hydration powder vitamins /minerals /nutrient mix i use once ina while to help my bowels move thats about it , hot teas sometimes healthy stuff..Like the video ❤
