I grew up poor myself, but used the GI Bill, grants, loans (paid back in full) jobs, etc to get a Master’s Degree. When I was going to college, I would see certain groups take grants and then drop out after they stayed the maximum time in school. This was 1974, so really, there is no excuse if you don’t apply yourself and work hard. Thats all!
