  1. Lets say that I go to NYC for a gig job, five months, a work visa. Good times, or not! But there is going to be a VOTE in my own country in Europe. As European I am allowed to vote. IN MY OWN COUNTRIES VOTING. Just visit the local consul, get paperwork checked, yes that is me and I have the right to vote, and vote. Done. That is how it is done, it will be counted as a remote vote but equal in value. But giving immigrants that haven't been processed yet the right to vote? ...no!
