  1. Why? Promoters or "not financial advisors" never get hurt or blamed by it. By then they got their Lambo and the suckers, I mean, fans who bought into whatever product they promoted are bankrupt. Eh, that is how that system is set up isn't it. And why would they even go to jail for that... unless they secretly are deeper connected to the scams. But even then such has to be proven and by then the promoter is on LONG TERM VACATION on an Island far away. It is a sucker game, don't be the sucker.
