  1. Brilliant strategic planning. Though remember, Russia is calling up a huge amount of soldiers to throw at the Ukrainian defenses/attack. It seems Putin doesn't cares what happens AFTER the war. Who needs enough people to build up a country right? right? A lot of babuskha's and widows will be left.
