  1. So the city they fought so long over and sacrificed so many men and weapons for.. potentially being retaken in weeks. Can't be good for morale. And yes obviously state media will find a way to make it "good" for Russia. But losing Bakhmut for Russia will be a bigger blow then it was to Ukraine. And in the end for what, there is absolutely nothing left of Bakhmut, it has been shot to hell by both parties by now. So it will be a moral victory or loss. I wonder how bakhmut looks in 10 years. Once peace returns, once they are rebuilding... I hope it gets a statue remembering the importance of the city.
