  1. I lived in one of those buildings in my country, no we didn't divide by skin color, more by resources. How much money you have/had. And boy is it fun to have 200+ neighbors. NOT! There is simply way to make that work. Those buildings are the worst! Not only don't you know your neighbors. You also have to deal with hearing all the sounds in the building, all of them, ALL OF THEM! Oh someone is moving and drilling in a concrete wall using a WOOD DRILL, how delightful! It is in short, dehumanizing! We should not live in shoe boxes like that.
