  2. It is warm, welcoming, beautiful, clean, and mostly safe Portland. So strange how a building loses value there... Who doesn't wants to life in such a scenic area where you see new faces camping every day. EVERY DAY... hooray.

  3. But they are educating themselves, they see the crime rise, are smart enough to see the reasons why, decide to move their companies and business out of the danger. Very smart people I say!

  5. I am surprised. With offices leaving and getting empty, hell even a whole mall... they could simply force the owners to let it be used to home the homeless. Problems solved. I am sure sure that has no long term side effects...
