  1. Look they always can fall back to communism and then everybody has a job... sweeping a very specific area of a footpath. And others will have the job to keep an eye on that it happens right, and another will have a job to lead all these guards and sweepers. That is a lot of job creation. And if you do well, or know the right people you might upgrade to a fancier area. Oh you'll be the pride of your family, being as sweeper on the cities most prodigious square.
