  1. So no more five year plans? To be fair, I am sure that soon enough there isn't even an ability for the big government to instate a five year plans as resources will have dwindled. Where to get money? Bonds? yeah...who is going to buy in on a junk bond. The Chinese themselves, with what money? The rich people who... wait where are they... oh right they fled.
