  1. I agree, In China you could use High Speed Rails between Mayor City Hubs, and then take a slower train that stops in every smaller station. That is how we do it, we have INNER CITY trains that do very few stops in between mayor cities. And normal trains that will stop at every stage. Obvious the idea is that you first get to your closest CITY hub and then take the slow train.
