  1. Yes and No! Battery Efficiency crashes beyond a certain point. So a 200Miles battery suddenly is a 20Miles battery. Yes, I mean it, at certain levels batteries will have horribly low performance left. Check what EV cars sales websites have in the small text... very well hidden... range is affected by weather. I have an electric bicycle and its battery can go from summer perfectly fine to winter ...think around 5C to 0C and lose easily 10-20% range. A -30Celsius and it will have cratered!
