  1. China does everything BIG, it builds big and quick, it creates huge programs, it builds many big cities, it builds up HUGE debts, aaand... is unable to pay those huge debts. Who would have seen that coming. There is a reason why "But china can build HSL quickly," isn't always a good thing. Just because China does, doesn't means it is done well planned.

  2. So, they are going to repackage the debt in vehicles they try to sell off... much like the subprime crash in 2008. I am sure nothing will and go wrong. Sure this box of debts is AAA really trust us.

  3. Or the local government creates a special debt redistribution plan putting said debt all on the leeks, I mean people. And clear its own debt. If it ever gets paid, doesn't matters to the local government anymore. The leeks will just have to take it.
