It really is rotten that in china the economy is so crazy that owning a house IS the best choice. Even if that house takes over 50 years to pay off. And now... the stretch is out of the system. That bubble bursted and the long term damage is here to stay. I am sure that the official GDP numbers will look rosy though. that always rises 10% every year.
