  2. I would say so yes. Wars are horrible but this war has force Europe to pull itself up from the muddling pit of ..whatever it was. And actually get shit done! Like get an army running, set up defenses, have the nordics join NATO. Set up defensive strategies and raise money for a better army. The age of "we do it from distance" is over now Russia is knocking on Europes door.
