  3. There is a problem, the blockchain itself? That can't store a lot. That is why everything in a blockchain pretty much is link to external things. Like Ugly Ape Pictures... So if you want to use block chain to do something bigger you have limitations. Sure selling and buying houses an expensive goods with deeds. Like cars. Or even a driving license. Sounds simple right, the actual content if said deed can't be stored ON the blockchain as it is just too damn expensive. But you can use a blockchain to create a trail of receipts that things have happened. And that is about it... HOUSE-TRANSFER: 29483847394473 OK for instance. That still means that there has to be an actual database holding House-Transfers. So... sadly the blockchain is NOT the solution as many expect it to be. At most it can function as an extra stamp, a certification of an event. And I will say as as long as proof-of-work is how it works it will be hated and spit upon.
