  2. Interesting part right. Sure a lot of older tanks and weapons were send to Ukraine. But it was Ukraine's war with Russia. NATO was just keeping its distance. And as the older stuff seems to be doing well enough, think of what happens of NATO invades Russia with more MODERN stuff.

  5. Indeed, and worse what if the war, "Ends" does it? The damage is huge, losses, it will have an effect over decenia. The Second world war "bump" is a known problem in that area. Even something 60 years ago still has a "bump" effect that lowers birthrates temporally. All the soldiers lost are LONG TERM LOSSES!

  6. At this point? SAVE what there is to SAVE. He is hurting the Oligarchs a lot. Not only is Putin's/Russia reserves frozen. Many countries also froze the Oligarchs funds/housing/boats/etc. So the Oligarchs that always felt they always could leave... now are F'd too.

  13. That is the Chinese way, solve one problem with a 5/10 year plan. Then once the bill comes, have another 5/10 year plan, once that double bill comes have another... I expect that China will at a point lose a lot of people, why? Because everything is poisoned to the point that it can't support people anymore.

  16. It is just how China functions. You think that western governments at times are blind for long term costs/benefits. Check out China, where 5 year plans and "within 5 year we need +20% GDP are not unheard off" No matter the cost. Well the cost is now, unilivable or unbuild houses, poisoned rivers, a society running out of babies and oh right.. Dams about to break... yup expect soon enough more news about HUGE DAMS breaking! Followed by even MORE floods!

  18. It is a black eye, Big Strong Russia suddenly doesn't seems that strong. An actual "Special Military Operation" right on their own grounds. Whoops. Sure Putin still is powerful but if he doesn't deal with this situation soon enough, well... maybe China might want some land back!

  19. So russia doesn't cares about those soldiers. North Korea isn't too happy about sending some of their best, and China is like "What are you two doing???" Going great. But we have to be fair, war is war. Ukraine isn't in a great state either... The question is when and how does this war ends? With deposing Putin potentially? Putin won't leave on his own, or pull back his army! So if anybody in Russia in power [next to putin] wants to think about peace. Not many options are left.

  22. I don't think North Korea or Putin cares... If you break how many rules, why even bother anymore? But yes North Koreans fighting whole the way in UKRAINE? That is a show of weakness. That is just showing Putin is willing to use Operation Meatshield on others then just his soldiers. I guess he ran out of CONVICTS!
