  1. And this is why an university degree means nothing in most jobs. Yes you have the "Knowledge" but with how modern colleges these days have you learned the basic skills needed to actually WORK? Sure some need it, but others... Others can do with on the job training and the right person who is willing to work hard and learn quickly.
