  1. The age of 50 years at the same job is long over. The age of a few year contracts [if lucky], 0 year contracts [hooray] and so on is here. Fluidity, change, ... yet humans remain the same. They will life, work and get kids within a certain area. A new job probably requires MOVING somewhere else. Finding a new school, finding a new community and so on. This also affects LONG TERM COMMUNITY thinking. In the older days communities would stick longer together and good or bad that meant its members were known quantities. Now? How more fluid we get, how more we are forced to move, how less strong the TRIBE is.
