But how long before thew world is back to normal. IF the world ever returns to "normal" What if it doesn't... What if market values of certain areas crash... what if even over 5 years people are careful with traveling or what they do!

  3. You have to remember he deals with commercial business. He runs a company with a specific market. How many people want their Macbooks repaired in Boise, Idaho? Sad but true, for some businesses you have to be close to the customer base. Also, you think he ever would buy that whole building? Really?

  4. And if it was just housing, not running a commercial job, yes 27M will buy you a lovely farm, with either a big mansion or the potential to build a mansion. Or if you like something smaller and fitting... a few cars, horses, etc.
