  1. 2021 will be an interesting year. Who knows what kind of crash NYC will have to deal with. If NYC ends up with only 10-20% of its businesses left... it is in trouble. DEEP trouble! NYC might empty out... people might try to leave... no jobs, no fun activity... why life there?
