  1. DEI doesn't lower quality... ...suuuuure. Riiiiiiight A bit of Diversity is fine. Diversity as an enforced goal, for instance limiting who you can hire for a JOB, is bad. We have heard of and seen enough situations where capable people where replaced with Diversity Hires. And it was obvious.
