@captainsaint7944 I don't. Go read about some of the weird shit he was doing on the set of Suicide Squad. He must have heard that Heath Ledger did some really weird things to get in character, which is true, but what Leto did actually effected everyone on set from the other cast members to the crew. Heath locked himself in a hotel room with a diary and drove himself legitimately insane. Jared Leto did the opposite, he decided to make sure everyone else bore just as much of the brunt of his "method" acting side effects as he did himself. It was said what he was doing wasn't even method acting, it was just him being an asshole to everyone else. Nobody wanted to deal with it anymore. And good thing, too, I didn't really even like the Joker movie but I thought Joaquin's take on the Joker was at least fresh and interesting. The plot is what really failed that one. The performance was great, though.

@crt1848 .......... then proceeded to cut him out of the majority of the movie. OK. Sure. Got it. That makes complete and total sense, even by 2020 standards. He's so great he gets to be in the director's cut of Justice League now, a movie nobody saw to begin with and nobody will see going forward, with his forgettable take on the Joker. No doubt. I am a Leto fan and that role was embarrassing for him, and no, the antics haven't been explained. I just looked it up. There is no evidence to suggest the execs told them to do it, that they were all "in on it", or anything even remotely close to that. And besides, the proof is in the pudding, if that was all just for "promotional stunts" it makes no sense that he's not a prominent role, or prominently featured despite the trailers and what they all indicated, in the film at all. Period.
