I legit think VICE/Noisey almost have it as a prerequisite that you have to be an unconscionable douchebag OR hipster OR have ridiculous tattoos and piercings all over if you want even the most remote shot at getting a job. A lot of other broadcasting companies go out of their way to weed out the trash but it seems like VICE/Noisey and Co. embrace the fuck out of it.
