  1. I don't think the grunge music scene exists anymore. There's a music scene there but grunge only lived a few years after the death of Kurt Cobain and it's basically been dead ever since. Everyone else has simply changed their style or died, and yeah that sadly includes Chris Cornell now along with Layne Staley. And I frankly never thought Pearl Jam was a grunge band to begin with even though it is up there with the "Big Four" of grunge music.

  2. ^ basically true. There IS a music scene sure but it's not grunge anymore, if I had to venture a guess it's probably more akin to like The Fall of Troy and bands like that. Or hipster garbage.
