  1. VICE used to be respectable, now they're basically as predictable policy wise as any other mainstream media company. They just have tattoos and are allowed to curse, that's really the only difference nowadays, meanwhile VICE got started on the heels of some truly groundbreaking content, like my favorite thing to this day is probably still when Shane Smith snuck a camera into North Korea in spite of the consequences for doing such a thing IF he got caught (and he almost does, several times).
