  1. Anyone that faults you for worrying about money right now has no money. Nobody with a reasonable head on their shoulders is going to fault you for that. It's also really hard for a lot of people who are not in Russia right now to fully understand what is going on. It's basically like the great depression over there right now. That clip of all the people standing in line trying to cash out only to be told that there is no money left, that is precisely what happened in the first few days of the great depression. Everyone wanted to get their money out all at the same time only to find out that there was no money to withdraw. This is how the sanctions are designed to work. It's unfortunate that it's affecting everyday/normal people first and foremost but yeah it unfortunately is designed to breed resentment and even dissent in the Russian people. I don't think anyone expects the Russian people to rise up and overthrow their government, but it's definitely designed to get the people MAD and when people are mad they start looking around for people to blame for it. Right now I am sure a lot of people probably blame the West/The US government. But what it's really designed to get people to do is start becoming bitter towards Putin's regime, because this wouldn't be happening if it wasn't for him right now. People in factories in Russia are walking out due to wage disparity and this also hobbles the Russian war machine as well. The sooner someone close to Putin throws handcuffs on that bastard and turns him in for the crimes he's committed, the sooner things get back to normal. Sadly I don't expect that will happen anytime soon.
