Thank God it's not you and your apparently probably similarly snooty "associates" making the rules then, for the rest of us, simply because you don't partake at all. Generally speaking people who drink don't act out, though, it's certainly a number in the minority. To punish the majority at the behest of you, the minority, is nothing short of tyrannical. I guess you can always drive wherever you travel?

  3. Weatherboi, generally speaking, it doesn't come at the expense of others. If the entire idea that there's a snowball's chance that someone can't hold their liquor well and start freaking out is enough to make you draw up petitions so that the 99% of others who CAN drink responsibly suddenly aren't able to, then who really is having something at the expense of others? People like to drink under any circumstances, namely when they're bored. Such as when you find yourself on a plane. Booze isn't going anywhere, on the ground or in the air.
