  1. That might be how it exists in a somewhat legal space then. They probably pitch it to the people as it being a tour to see the statue, but on the ticket itself the truth is more apparent. Then they can say "No, no no we didn't say the Statue of Liberty, we said Liberty Park, NJ. And yes, you can see NY from the water from there!". It's still pretty disgraceful though but sadly I bet it's legal enough.

  2. Can you imagine ripping Alec Baldwin off? It must have been his wife who bought the tickets or something. Someone less recognizable.
