  1. That's why a lot of inmates take sex offenders crimes so personally I think. They may have been abused one way or another themselves, so it almost allows them a chance as an adult to take revenge not just for the kid these people hurt, but also in a roundabout way revenge for the trauma they endured themselves as well.

  2. Besides commissary, there really isn't much currency in prison besides respect. And these sex offenders are the lowest of the low, nobody likes them in jail and everyone wants to be the one that says they got to them first. I say it's good, the justice system fails the victims but where the justice system fails the inmates pick up the pieces if only to be able to say they were the ones who did it.
