This whole dirt bike and ATV culture thing is out of control. It's not too far from being Pablo's Colombia at this point, the sicarios vehicle of choice are guess what? Dirt bikes. Why? Because they're fast, they're able to dip into places cars can't go, and they're cheap and very difficult to identify. The last thing we need are a class of new gang members who are skilled at riding these things and then add submachine guns and other weapons to the mix down the line as well. It's gotten worse, it's going to get worse, and the cops are basically leaving in droves now which is only emboldening these criminals further. They realize they have won. This is THEIR city now. Cops are ineffective and capable of doing nothing to fix it and these criminals know it. They need either a city-wide or statewide ban on these vehicles immediately and anyone caught with them need to face stiff punishments for having them. Do it now before we get to the next phase which is the drive by shooting/assassination by dirt bike phase.
