  1. As an avid HOI4 player... this just makes me appreciate it that much more. Once the war ramps up gas and oil is very difficult to get if you play as Germany, unless you do some very specific things. You just simply can't get it and you can't really produce it on your own, only way to get it is via trade and in the heat of the war your ships are just gonna get sunk. And honestly the gas problem exists to this day. They're very much dependent on Russia for oil.
